Blackburn/Preston

Just wanting a bit of advice from any ladies that have been in my position please.

Basically I've recently lost a significant amount of weight after working my fat arse off most evenings at the gym and sweating like a pig! Although I love how confident it's made me with wearing things I wouldn't have been comfortable in when I was bigger etc it's made me very self conscious and had a big effect on my bust.

After dropping nearly 3 dress sizes and 2 bra sizes my boobs aren't as full and lifted as they used to be I've seen loads on the Internet but rather than waste my time on the ones that don't work/make a massive difference, I was just wondering if there are any pectoral/chest exercises that have been tried, tested and actually worked for fellow fabbers? The focus is to lift, firm and tighten more than anything else, I know it's not possible to get the fullness back but if there's anything that I can do to get the firmness and lift back that others have tried, ideas/suggestions would be much appreciated...until I find myself a sugar daddy/mama to buy me some new boobs I'm going to have to graft!

Well done on your weight loss OP

I'm in a similar position after losing a lot of weight over the last 4 years my boobies have shrunk

I find the upper body work out on my wii fit and plenty of yoga keep mine pretty firm and upwards pointing

I'm the same lost just over 7 stone and gone from a dress size 24 to a 14 and bra size 42EE to a 36 C my boobs and belly have paid the price and are saggy, i workout daily but there is nothing you can do for the loose skin, i still have about 2.5 stone to go as well the muscles under my skin are quite firm when you poke them but you cant really see them due to the loose skin covering them, i sometimes feel i have just swapped one problem for another as i still don't have a body i can be proud of despite all the hard work i have put into it, so if anyone does have a cute for this id like to know too

Thank you! Unfortunately we can't choose where to lose it from I might try a few yoga classes out, the wii fit got put away after sitting there collecting dust but I'm going to try yoga! Thanks honey.

Someone at work once told me that if you squeeze a woman's breasts they get bigger.

Just saying

..plus it was a female that told me this lol.

All you women getting fitter, and i'm discovering the joys of all these naughty foods i've avoided all these years.

Guess i need to start sweating like a warthog and get my arse in gear. Otherwise i'd end up with bigger boobs than you lol

..now, we don't want that to happen.

Wowsers, 7 stone and five dress sizes! That's incredible, well done you...I've another 2 stone/2 dress sizes to lose and I'll be at the happiest size I was...that's a big difference in bra sizes too blimey, if only we could pick and choose where to lose and where to tone up eh! I was a 40E and now a 36D which I haven't been since I was in high school so feel like a girl again, they're by no means small but just flatter than what I'm used to having and headed slightly more south than they used to be, a word to describe them would be 'deflated'...You've done incredibly well and should be extremely proud of your achievement, it takes a massive amount of effort, hard work and determination to have done what you have although I do understand what you mean...I don't have any loose skin so can't suggest anything for that but I'm back at the gym after a month off and will speak to some of the PTs and see if they have any suggestions/exercises...I will post what they say on here for those of you that have a saggy, lifeless bust like mine! I'll ask about loose skin too for you

Just a squeeze? I thought it was a grope and a suck?! Used to be what the boys said when I was younger!

She never told me that!! I'm going to have a word with her for misrepresentation!

...although your method seems more appropriate in these circumstances.

Go and try a kettle bell class

A great all round workout and very good for your chest and core muscles

southend

Kettle bells are great, work upper body, legs and cardio. They are my PT's favourite piece of eqiupment.

Don't be afraid of weights. Does your gym have a free weight section? With big, buff, scary looking guys in there? Go in. Talk to the guys, ask them for pectoral muscle exercises, just start small. Who knows, you may make a new friend too!!

There are loads of fitness vids on youtube. just search for female pecs and see what turns up. I'm guess you can only work the muscle underneath the breast so not really sure how much lift you'll get.

Good luck.
