Apparently the female driver was under the influence of alcohol and has been arrested.

I'm sure that's what i heard on the radio.

Hmmm, he's a borderline alcoholic at best, which while tragic or itself means I'd be more concerned about any other involved people....

2rite! he was probably drinking again,,or summat i dont know then they jumped in the car or summat,,but not sure on actual facts still.
