People that work nights are generally working which is what they are supposedly paid to do. I presume that you, like others have allotted break times throughout your tiresome shift. If that is true then I presume that you are bored during your break. While this may be true o many a nightworker, I would not suggest that it is true of all people who decide to sleep during the day. However I once spent 28 continuous 12 hour shifts on nights and was pretty much fucked at the end of that month. The paydays were fantastic but it took its toll on ma body.
