Ive been in bed since 10 and im still wide awake

the weather tonight resembles a vagina , wet , warm and sticky

I had my duvet in the freezer but left it in too long and it looked like it spent a night at a Bukkake party. Its thawing now but when its flexible its bed for me.

I've been managing. When I'm at home I have a tower fan, I'm currently away but the bedroom is reasonably cool at night.

I was so tired after a long hot day out yesterday that I slept as soon as my head touched the pillow. Had intended to watch what was left of the opening ceremony but zzzzzz lol

Had 2 or 3 hours tonight, and feeling it. Much too hot though it is cloudy here, so hoping it stays a bit cooler. Relaxing now with a decaf tea till I drowse a little.

Fan on window open slept great in fact I didn't wake till 6;30 which for me is good as I'm usually awake at 5 most mornings. Probably all the sexercise we got last night

Last night seemed cooler in the midlands but while this weather been so hot we have been opening all windows but leaving curtains in bedroom closed. Makes a nice cool room to sleep in
