I was drinking 3/4 coffee's a day now I just have one in the morning.
How many cups a day do you have?
I just have green tea after that.
I am sleeping a lot better since I made the change.
How many cups a day do you have if any? |

Only drink green tea , have for years may occasionally have the odd very strong black coffee with a cigar atnthe end of the day after a lush meal. And only drink 3 cups of green tea on a morning rest of day its water or diet . |

I used to drink way to much coffee around 8-9 cups a day. But changed my diet and now I have one now and then but not every day.
The caffeine head aches from the withdrawal where painful to say the least but after a few days they where gone. |

Two cups of tea in the morning. If im off work then three. I alternate between black coffee, tea and herbal tea. Have developed a liking for camomile tea. No hippie chick here unless you like that, but it calms me down in stressful situations  |

"Probably at least a dozen coffees and numerous Diet Cokes. I drink coffee right up until bedtime and Im asleep as soon as my head touches the pillow.

I have 2 coffees out the vending machine when I get to work then its water for the rest of the day till I get home, then maybe a latte but I never drink ordinary tea only herbal and I never drink coffee past 5pm through the week  |

Depends on shifts etc on night shifts shel has about 20 coffees on days she barely has time for 1.
I have tea all day at work(10+) and a coffee to start and end the day but on days off I have 3 coffees and no tea |

I used to over indulge in coffee and now have cut down bigtime.
I have 3 spoons of coffee in my cup and times that by about 8 cups a day....phew...
I now only have two. one in the morning and one mid afternoon.
I hate tea so dont bother with that.

I'll probably do 3 cups of tea a day, but when at work i pour the instant coffee into the mug, i don't bother with a spoon. I reckon on a hard day there could be up to 3tsp's in there. It's like tar
