From a purely animal and biological perspective. It's perfectly normal for a man to find a pregnant woman attractive.
Reproduction is the sole purpose of our existence.
When a man visually sees a pregnant women he identifies her as being fertile and a potential mate.
Obviously not everyone is wired like this.
