How do people do this mystical thing called sleep?
I know the basics - bed, duvet, pillows, close eyes et voila! But it doesn't happen too often for me. Advice please? |

Only the real thing works for me. So the substitute breaking was no great loss. |

If I have trouble sleeping, a rare occurrence, I find deep yoga style breathing works great.
Google it.
In and out through the nose. Through your belly rather than your chest. Difficult to explain. |
