All you can do is try and deter them off. But like any roaming animal, it will do what it likes, where it likes. No point busting a blood vessel over it. |

We got some plastic spikey runners for the top of our fence so the cats can't jump onto it and get into the garden, before then I used to scoop it up and throw it back for the neighbour as it was their cats crap |

Oh I thought cats were kinda clean n shit n buried it? Could be foxes? ... Neighbours years ago didn't like cats in their garden full stop. They had a real nice pond and few fishes were eaten etc.
They tried everything on the market, plasic cats with sparkely eyes, different potions etc. Then someone told em to use pepper, curry powder , and sprinkle it around the pond........
They did, wind blew it all into the pond n killed all the fish!! Eeeeks! |

"#airpistol
Thats not funny"
Most definitely not funny. A former work colleague had a cat that was walking in her own garden when someone shot her with a air rifle. Poor little thing was paralysed for nearly a month and three years later still has some issues related to the injury she received.
The vets bill came to over £6000 which fortunately the insurance covered. But, as a result she can no longer get insurance for the cat.
The rspca never managed to obtain enough evidence to prove who was responsible, despite only one neighbour owning an air rifle |

Lavender, chives, rue, rosemary, citronella and Coleus canina are all effective if interspersed across the garden, although it depends on the individual cat and its persistence.
Cayenne pepper is irritant to cats paws, and to the eyes when it cleans itself. It needs to be applied frequently so buy a monster sized bag from an Indian supermarket.
You can also use a paste made of 2 parts cayenne powder, 3 parts dry mustard and 5 parts flour mixed with water.
Alternatively, as an another poster replied, get a lion, or a tiger, as cats don't like them. |

"So, illegal acts of cruelty against defenceless animals is a topic of humour for you. Imo that makes you one very sick and twisted individual!"
Sit yourself down. Now deep breaths. And relax. That's better. Tantrum over? |

Also, if it's not buried and stinks it is likely to be a fox not a cat. |

Try telling my neighbours cats that take it in turn to shit in the middle if my drive then saunter off- I know its them as I have CCTV and watched the little bastards do it. Nothing scares the little shits away, was wondering if a pressure triggered trebuchet would work but I suspect my own cat will be first to try it out, or the postman |

Tantrum? I think not, more like rational, compassionate, caring human being.
The type of cruelty you fund amusing is illegal. As I understand it, discussion about illegal topics is not permitted in the forums. For this reason I have reported this to admin |

Not nevessearilly just in your opinion. There are clear and established links between animal cruelty (usually in early life) and those that commit violent crimes including murder.
So undeniably a potentially 'sick and twisted' indivisual. As is the OP.
I'm sure their inboxes will be heaving as a result of this thread |

"cats don't shit in their own garden"
Depends how big your garden is and if there`s any loose soil. It`s only recently that I have reduced the amount of cultivation I do in mine and have put a litter tray in the house. Up until them, all of our previous cats have used my garden for their toilet. |

"Lilies.......cats hate them and they smell great
Lilies are poisonous to cats and dogs
i thought that!!! my cat only ever uses her tray and has to be clean litter or she wont go"
They are, they cause liver/kidney failure and anything other than the tiniest amount is often fatal unless they get immediate treatment (although this is often unsuccessful) |

That depends if you want to find out what an angry cat owner looks like as they force feed you said flower/food mix that you attenpted to put out for their cat? |
