Anyone with any suggestions as to how I can get my hands (and mouth) on some muscle in / around Norwich / Norfolk?

You need to take Creatine, but the powder, not the fancy drinks etc . . .

That will give you muscle !

Creatine is pretty rubbish if you want to keep the muscle as it just over hydrates the muscle and saturates it with water. You get quick results but as soon as you stop the size will go again.
