Snails in garlic butter to start, steak tartare with chips and green salad for main, and creme brulee for dessert.

OR

Hot pan-fried fois gras with caramelised fruit to start, crispy confit de canard with chips and green salad for main, and pistachio and hazelnut icecream for dessert.

Simples!

For me very simply, best smoked salmon with cracked black pepper and lemon juice with thick granary bread and butter

followed by

scallops in a cream, garlic and wine sauce, green salad and rice

followed by

Plain ice cream

followed by a good strong black coffee with maybe a tia maria on the side
