Depends:
Hard boiled if I'm on the go.
Fried with bacon in a sandwich.
Scrambled on toast.
Sunny side up in big breakfast.
Poached if I'm treating myself.
Omelette if I have the time.

I do like a nice poached egg but as to be dippy middle, scambled as to be with cheese added and fried deffo dippy middle. Boiled once again dippy. We do like our eggs at our abode   |
