Read earlier that season 8's on hold because the actors want more money.
I think they should be paid for how long they're on screen.
Reminds me of Friends when they got greedy.
Also, a friend of mine said earlier that the writers kinda/sorta said Sheldon has Aspergers.
Anyone heard of this? |

I thought the guy who played Sheldon got paid like a million dollars per episode. It's never said that the sheldon character has ASC and the writers have said they have never said it but he displays laughably extreme aspergersisms |

"They'll have zero career after the show finishes
Why?"
Typecast. It happened to the guy who played the son in steptoe and son, he was a classically trained Shakespearean actor but when he tries doing serious stuff on stage after the tv series the audience just laughed. Anyway, they won't have to work again. |

The Big Bang Theory is brilliant! I was rather late in seeing it, but i;m a big fan. And considering how much money it makes for the networks, I can understand the actor wanting more.
As For Aspergers Syndrome, I discovered only this year that I have this. I'm still coming to term with what t is and how it has affected my life, and will continue to do so. The best way I can think of describing it is like this...
Having Aspergers is like being a Smartphone, in aeroplane mode. We still have all the clever wonderful stuff as anyone else, we just "don't connect".
There is obviously far more to it than that, but to much to put in here.
Sheldon "may" have aspergers but is more likely to have High functional autism. Which is different again. |

Seen as half of the characters have been in major shows before I doubt they will be dead in the water lol"

"NO! - hopefully they will sort something out. I think the show's really funny.
I have Aspergers, and Sheldon certainly has - he's just not been tested.
His mother had him tested! "
That was only to see I'd.he was crazy....not of he had aspergers lol |

Pmsl
His mum has had him tested !! Lol "
But only to see if he's crazy.
I found a site where a guy who has this condition says "Aspergers only made it into the DSM in 1994, and even then it was fairly obscure"
Check it out here
