I have ed and tidied up our front garden this morning. It looks lovely now even if I do say so myself.
I'm too hot to start on the back garden so that can wait till the weekend.
Once you get going, your be fine. You might even enjoy it. I find gardening really relaxing... |

To get the best Forsythia flowers next spring, you'd ideally prune after flowering - but they're fairly resilient plants, and you'll probably get a good enough display.
I minimise garden activity in the heat though, as keeping cool is my top priority.
Not having too many butterflies on the Buddleia this year, though it looks awesome.
My bird of paradise is pushing erections up, so will have some late summer flowers. |

No idea what sort they are but Ive had quite a few too. Still got loads of flowers to come out yet though. |
