We have gone into our account today to find it has been ammended by someone to a male only account. We are a verified couple who also meet alone pictures have also now been rejected. This is our 2nd account as our 1st was hacked and we couldn't gain access a couple of months after we became silver members. Any suggestions as to why this has happened and what we should do. As if we delete account we lose all our friends and hotlists and all our verifications |

Someone will have reported you possibly a message sent by you we have had it before when we refused a guy playing on his own. He then went on to say he was no longer part of a couple so we reported as he was essentially a single guy. Its then up to admin to make a judgement. |
