Have any of you done this and willing to admit it or am I the only one who made this mistake?  
It's when I was new and was viewing one of my sent messages and (stupidly) replied to that instead of the Inbox one.
I'll put it down to:
Being new
Being in work (email mode)
Not paying attention  |

so i went the whole hog and made friends with myself and put myself on my hotlist ..... |

I have since gone the whole hog and made private notes on my own profile. They include links to the thread with the complete list of emoticons, instructions from a now sadly UNLOS fab friend on how to add to a closed thread (I have yet to do so) and a list of those I want to avoid (I think of it as an anti-hotlist since I rarely block). It's actually quite useful as an aide memoire! |

Nice to know I'm not alone in shamelessly admitting my numptiness .
Also nice to know that we - I can say the collective "we" now others have posted, have made some other people smile. And don't feel sorry for laughing. It's laughable

Sorry for the tangent, but I never understood why he had an individual name as part of the Borg collective... |

I guess Picard was the exception to the rule. I like to think that everything has a flaw, although not sure the Vulcans would agree
Adding as a friend isn't so bad. Accepting said friend request is another story though but we'll go with your T-Pain theory of blaming it on the alcohol
I'm glad it only shows the last time I messaged myself but know it was just the once.
I feel right at home now, after all your confessions
