There is a local couple whose profile keeps popping up every week as a new user. At least once a week their profile disappears and a new one reappears a few days later, it's been happening for months. Same profile text, same images and same user name. It's quite funny

interesting how they can reclaim the same username..
i deleted my profile as 'CutenSassy'... on my return i couldnt use that name even though no one else had it.
Also at xmas when we all change usernames we have to adjust them slightly |

Local guy to me does the same. Every few weeks his status are about time wasters and this sites pointless then threatens to leave for about a week. Then he finally buggers off and is back within the week and it starts over. I've been chuckling about it for about a year.  |

"Didn't the adjustment at Christmas happen because other sneaky people had pinched the usernames when you all had Christmas themed ones? "
When i went to reclaim mine it wouldnt allow me to yet when i searched for it, no one had it
same thing for all of the slight variations of my username ive had so perhaps im doing something wrong |

Now Christmas time really confuses me on the forums. By the time I have worked out who everyone is, they have changed back again. |

I mno techno geek, but I d suspect it s because your proile is still active the old name is tagged to it somehow,? , if you d deleted your profile I think you d be able to use the name again as long as no one had used it in the mean time, |

when id rejoin it was a totally new account, i waas informed on sign up 'that username is taken'... so id then pick i new username. but when it was active id search for it and nothing comes up..
even now u can search for cutensassy and nothing comes up yet i cant even change my username to it |
