sorry people !!! and this has probably been covered before and I am sure someone out there will let me know !!.
Just looked at a great profile and was about to reply when after reading the profile requirements very closely she asked to see up to date pics from any people getting in touch with her !!!!
not a problem I have pics on my profile I have nothing to hide !!!
BUT this person has no pics on her profile at all !!!
So after a long winded rant my question is
what the fuck !!!!
is this a cheek or is she just looking after herself
my p/o is it's a cheek
look forward to hearing your views guys

I am always wary of people who do not have pics and/or refuse to exchange pics, as I feel they have something to hide.
I am also wary about some of the pics may not be recent or genuine.
When first I "came back out to play" after a rest of about 7 years, the only pics I had were just a couple taken 7 years ago, and my only face pic was taken 5y ago for my CRB check.
When requested to exchange pics, I would forewarn the recipients about the age of the pics in advance, so as not to mis-represent myself, as I believe it is the right thing to do.  |

Unless I'm misreading you, her profile asks that messages be accompanied by a pic. If you send her one and she doesn't reciprocate, THEN complain (and to her, not us).

Was tricked once in my early days took a train to derby for a meet once went outside to meet him and he was shouting and looked nothing like his picture I think 20 years out of date to put it mildly so ran back in train station can never be too careful. |

There's obviously something iffy about it anyway.
Do you really want to meet someone with such double standards?
What annoys us is when you see a nice avatar in the forums and click on their profile and hey presto no pics! 
At least with silhouettes you don't waste your time clicking on their profile,read it,then click on the pics only to find there are none! 
Things were much simpler when people with no pics just had a silhouette!

Plenty of people on here like that, most of the women that do it probably feel as they are in the minority that they can ask for what they want. There will be some guy on here who bows down to it, so they are probably right, but if it annoys you then just leave it! |

I've been saying the same thing for ages: it's as if there's a sense of entitlement!
For all people advocate preferences some people obviously feel slighted in some way so come on the forums to vent their spleens!
A looks at B likes the pics wants to contact B reads profile to find he doesn't meet criteria as he's a bin man and B is looking for a professional!
So what does A do, start a post about professionals being up their own arses or such like!
Honestly some of you really need to get over yourselves!

Simple,because in the past people with no pics just had a silhouette,that way the others,who are only interested in profiles with pics,ignored them.
Also,its not as if their avatar can be viewed as a photo on their profile because it doesn't come up. |

Anyone can ask for anything (legal) on their profiles.
It's already been said that if you don't like what they want... move on.
It may seem like taking the piss asking for something you don't have (or appear to have)... but the fact of the matter is... whether a woman has face pics on her profile or not, some guys will send face pics (whether she asks for them or not).... they will generally get preference in the selection process as she already knows what they look like.
Guys... you can complain all you like about it not being 'fair' but it is how it is.
If I get 5 similar messages and one has attached a face pic and I like the look of the face... he is getting priority.
