Steroids cause the balls to shrink because they no longer need to produce testosterone so they naturally shrink like any gland does. Penis size is un affected by steroids.
Nor is it affected by exercise except maybe not being hidden under a mound of fat any more.
Although if doing high resistance regularly the heart will be able to pump at higher pressure whether this would actually lead to a harder hardon I have no idea |
