Hi i am hoping someone can help me with a problem i have with my laptop. I am not getting any sound and no control on my volume.
Have checked sound controls.tried system restore but still no luck.
The make is a fujitsu.
Any help would be great thanks. |

Check in control panel thats its reporting as working- try installing the drivers again.
have you recently had any headphones plugged in? i had a similar problem with my Macbook as it has a combined headphone/optical port and it was stuck on optical- just needed a prod with a cocktail stick to free it up |

yes i had headphones in recently il try the cocktail stick first. Not too sure about indtslling drivers maybe you could message me with some info on that. Cheers. |

I've not really dabbled with Windows since XP was the hot new thing, probably best to see if there is a help page for your machine or look on a Windows forum if the stick method doesn't work (you can tell if its a dual audio/optical port as it should have a red light inside it if its stuck open) |
