Hello ladies, hope you don't mind me asking but I'm trying to find out where to buy stockings that would hold up but can't find any good ones for bigger ladies. I have tried M&S autographs before they had bigger stick on are and they were ok but they've discontinued them. I've tried few before but if they have only three thin parts to stick them they don't hold and fall. As I have bigger arse and legs I'm rather upset that I can't wear them as they do roll down. I'm not one to wear suspensors as with my big bottom it looks horrible so I like hold ups but struggling. Any ideas please? Thank you |

I buy the hold ups from M&S but I wear then with suspenders to stop the roll down. I have a big bum but I have a few deep suspender belts and not the thin flimsy ones. Hides some of my wobbly bits too |

I really don't feel comfortable in suspenders and the roll down is really a no no for hold ups. I'd love to wear them but this makes me very upset and leave me feel very upset. All I want is to look sexy in high heals and stockings  |

Yes tried Ann summers most of their suspenders my butt won't even fit in and don't like there stockings. I'm just really upset about it as would like to feel sexy for ones |

As a bloke with bloke size thighs, I've always found that before putting hold-ups on... if I slightly wet the area of skin where the hold-ups are meant to grip the leg they will stay stuck in place whatever form of gymnastics I put them though....  |

There's an online company called the Big Tights Company (not a very sexy name but they're good). A lot of the sizes are more plus size than what you look as though you need, but I'm a 16/18 and 5'10 and I've had some great hold ups from there. Or google fullerfigurefullerbust - it's an underwear blog and she's reviewed hold ups and stockings which are good for bigger thighs before. |

I can't help but  at this post. Many larger ladies than the OP Myself included, seem to not share her problem so I can't help but wonder what the motive is behind the post.... Maybe I'm just being cynical....if I am then I apologise to the OP. I've never had a problem with holds ups from anywhere (tesco, ann summer, m&s, asda, tkmaxx, etc etc etc) and trust me. My thighs are massive. I have to have large even though I'm only 5 ft 5 but they stay put. |

Genius! I am a fan of stockings and a suspender skirt (or a 6 or 8 strap corset) mainly due to the roll down hold-up issue. I am so trying this! |

Honestly I'm 5'10" my legs are big, between 16/18 and I've tried this morning another pair and in the front sits great holds, in the back won't hold keeps rolling. Yes I might not have belly but I have huge arse and I'd love to wear stockings to feel sexy but can't, I get too stressed about it so all I've done is asked suggestion on what other lovely ladies do should they have this problem. I don't see what's wrong with my post? |
