just poured the last of my vodka and fruit juice, then going to try and hit the hay, rather than the last few days when i've been staying up all night and getting to bed in the afternoon! (yeah.. I'm not holding much hope for that lol)   |

No medication - I kinda didnt go to hospital after crash as was more concerned about my beloved bike. Could have been a mistake but oh well the JD is open now ... anyone got a spare can of please |
