Kate's just gone to the farm shop for some proper rind on back and streaky bacon. Prefer mine unsmoked, grilled or fried and served on fresh white bread, dipped in the fat with brown sauce, and a big mug of Rosie Lee. Bostin |

Unsmoked back, grilled to just under crispy. Served with a side garnish of square Lorne sausage, tattie scone, black pudding, fruit pudding, hash browns, poached eggs, grilled tomatoes and mushrooms, beans and a buttered Morton's well-fired roll. |

"And the bread must be buttered "
Yes! Absolutely this. I don't understand three people who have sandwiches without butter, the fiends lol
I have mine on a Sunday with crispy rind and a soft succulent centre. 4 slices per sandwich with butter warm multi grain bread and ketchup. Serv with hazelnut latte ( with soya) and Cerys on 6 music. Perfect! |

Unsmoked back bacon done so that its still pliable, not crispy. Cut the fat off!
Nice fresh bread, not butter or spread. Brown sauce. Big mug of tea. Heavenly
