Aa absolute disgrace of a company. A bit sad considering they were 1 of the 2 original mobile companies in the UK.
But these days it seems they're more interested in dealing in £billions buying and selling companies in other parts of the world, while neglecting their home market.
In Scotland, their 3G network is a joke, they were the only mobile company to miss a government target last year.
Moved from them a couple of months ago. |

They never seem to know what they're doing or keep any records and they give a different answer to the same question every time they're phoned! It is like drowning in treacle!!! |

Their network coverage around here is abysmal on 3 and 2g. And their customer service is poor to awful. Their tax dodging is also costing us poor citizens dearly, as essential services that help support us, as well as their being able to sell and deliver service is a disgrace. If they wont pay decent tax rates on money raised from sales here they should leave the market. Notice has been given to them as my contract is not tenable. |
