oven,spoon out,mash with real butter and a little salt,then mix with chopped chirizo and fresh pineapple,back in the oven for 5 mins then top with Feta cheese and serve with a leafy salad ,wish I made that now instead of this soups ![](/icons/s/confused.gif) |

I pop mine on a bed of sea salt in the oven with a metal skewer through them
The salt helps the skin crisp and the skewer conducts heat to the centre
And lashings of tuna and mayo |

i prick the spud, microwave it for 5 mins then bung it in the oven on a high heat til its crispy..
im having tuna mayo in mine, with lettuce n beetroot.. YUM |

Oven!! About 1 hour 24mins on 190!!
Wrap in foil stab about 5 times and jobs a good en!! Take foil off cover skins in butter then put back in over to crispen Jobs a good en! |

Ive got one of those 3 in 1 microwaves if you put it on the microwave and conventional oven combination it does nice jackets with crispy skins but in half the time, cooks pizzas nice too |
