My depo injection was due today, this past fortnight I've been a hormonal mess... Cried watching buffy the vampire slayer FFS!! My heads been all over the place and I found a bottle of perfume in the fridge yesterday.
Also been wondering why my hair hasn't felt nice lately and turns out that when my shampoo ran out last Sunday I got another one and have used it on Monday and weds followed by my normal conditioner. Washed my gist again this morning and it felt horrid. Turns out the new shampoo was actually conditioner so instead of washing then conditioning my hair I've been conditioning it twice and not washing it at all!!! 
Anyway I've just been to have my jab and hopefully I'll be slightly less bonkers now!!
Anyone else lost the plot lately??  |

I know how you feel! Been a crabit bitch for days!
All these hormone contaceptives only make me worse though. So I cant have any
