I like having things planned and have lots to look forward to in the next 5 months.

We have Rewind festival in 6 weeks, then a child free week in New York 6 weeks after that

The WC Final on Sunday

Then lots of hockey on TV due to the Common Wealth Games

Up on them there hills

Village gala with 4 live bands in the evening, (OK you need alcohol to offset the bands enthusiasm/talent imbalance sometimes.) then shortly after, three weeks in Portugal - ho hum life is such a strain...........

Meeting some Forumites over the next two weeks, off to Glasgow for the games at the end of the month..and meeting another Forumite while I'm there

A party in October and who knows, I might get lucky and pull in-between

Ladies, Gennelmen and us in-betweens - I've just discovered that Henning Wehn is performing in Nottingham in November!!!!! I've already put a message on Facebook to see if I can get a party together for it.

This is serious bucket list territory for me

We booked separately. The West Tower at UN ONE and flying with Virgin. Views look amazing from hotel. Cannot wait. Going to have so much fun being just the 2 of us too.
