Guess this is aimed at the over 35s
Are you glad that you had to find out about sex through trial and error, remembering the fumbling days and you put your hand here and I will put mine there.
Finding out what you like, discovering your first orgasm not really knowing what it was.
Or would you prefer how it is now, sex facts available everywhere, learning about your body via internet or teenage magazines.
Picking up a teenage magazine and being shown how to satisfy the opposite sex, teenage sex programmes.
The only access we had as a teen was having a nosey at the porno mags the lads stole from their dads.
Personally I'm glad I had too do it through trial and error, its been fun over the years.

I'm glad it's not so much of a dirty taboo subject anymore, like it seemed to be back when I was in school.
But the flip side of things is that teenagers (boys in particular) seem to want to walk before they can run, so to speak. |

I'm 24 till tomorrow so hope I can still contribute
I don't think I'd like the pressure that so much exposure/info brings, girls are expected to be instant pornstars.
I've kinda enjoyed just finding out what I enjoy and what works for me and am still enjoying discovering!

One thing I am pleased about is that people no longer have to worry about their sexuality and that its normal to be different.
I met a guy a few years ago who introduced me to his partner, he was gay. He was telling me about the turmoil he went through at school knowing he was gay. It was a sad story.

Ruby x" yes, the downside of exposure is everyone thinks you must know everything from an early age and that you are ready made porn stars

Agree...
I'm 34 btw, that was obviously wishful thinking lol!
I think there's an expectation of what people should/shouldn't enjoy rather than discovering yourself

It's still the same in some places. It's not wise to come out as gay.
To answer the OP, I'd prefer something in between. Some information but not as much as there is now. Too much info makes young people think they have to live up to porn films/ model looks etc. That's not a good thing. Back when I was young I had no sex ed at all. Not sure which is worse. |

Practice makes perfect.I remember the fist girl I had sex with, who was way more experienced than me, asking me at one point during my fumbling, "are you daft?".
Thanfully ladies I've improved quite a bit since then. |
