Sorry, too anal to leave the typos in.....
Here's one for the techies, I get in the car, I send someone a whatsapp smiley, start the car and drive home. My phone is synced to the car. But before that is activated it records me turning the ignition, the car firing, the CD player kicking in - and sitting in the centre console it sends not one but THREE audio recordings of my journey home to the person I sent the smiley to!

No, that's the point, you actually have to hold the button down for the duration of the recording, and I had put the phone down in the centre console for the drive. |

Haha, thank god no, I was silent!!And thankfully nothing embarrassing on the CD either, was a great raunchy rock blues track, playing quite loud mind you.... |

You said that your phone is in sync with the car. Could you have pressed the buttons on or on the side of your stirring wheel without noticing?

It does, but no, because the recording includes me turning the ignition and the car starting!! It takes a few seconds for the sync to come live after ignition, so I guess it must just be a whatsapp aberration?
Once I could almost grasp, but three separate recordings??

if its the same then threcould simply have been a glitch in sending it...i sometimes get messages a couple of times on it."
