"the gym

gigs
Oooo what kind of music if I may ask"
All sorts. I'll give anything a fair listen, right from country to metal! I wish i had the talent to play it but that passed me by, but I'm lucky enough to get to write gig re_iews for a friends website |

I dress up - mainly weekends.
Before you lot think - I'm a weirdo. I dress up in quality costumes (pretty screen accurate) and raise money for charities. |

More seriously this time. I play guitar, sing and with a little help from a muse compose a few songs. Just for fun rather than subjecting others to my dubious talents most of the time

near the sounds of the wimborne quarter jack! |
Railway enthusiast. Left the spotting bit behind years ago, same with the travelling along obscure goods lines on charter trains. Now I prefer reading about them, photographing them including the infrastructure and buildings and modelling them.
Getting quite a collection of model locomotives from the 60`s, 70`s and 80`s. |

Health and fitness, lots of yoga, nature in all its beauty and getting out there plus putting it out there. Love plants and grow lots of interesting things, still working on hybridising my own strains of natural beauty. Travel as much as I can, and a few bits of art and design. |

"Aside from swinging what do you fabby people do as a hobby
For me its airsoft and computer repairs"
I build guitars, write and record music and fix cars.
As an aside, my son is just starting out in airsoft and I'm currently building him a V2 mechbox for his M4 and I'm having issues with the trigger mechanism slipping out of alignment when the select fire switch is moved. Don't suppose you have any tips do you.... |

Cheers for that, I'll give them a try.
The mechanism cycles perfectly on full auto but once you select semi of safe the trigger mech slips behind the trigger sear and can't 're-engage.

Never tried airsoft, another paintbalker here. Started back in the 90's with a pump, now using an electronic semi.
Road Cycling, reading Terry Prattchet, Spike Milligan books, World of Warcraft (getting bored of it now though), paintballing, photography, sailing and perving on fab. |

If you'd asked me a year ago I would've been able to give a long list of lovely hobbies. These days, however, I'm mainly cleaning up poo...whether it's picking up after my dog or cleaning up my kid's nappies...it's all poo poo poo lol
Looking forward to being a more colorful person again soon |

Performing arts, mainly musical theatre and acting.
Playing guitar (looking for a band as I'm still relatively new to London).
Console gaming every now and again.
And then, if the sun comes out, then I play football/basketball with friends. |

Some really varied interests here!
I play bass and sing in a band every now and then, learning alto sax and play footy, tennis and cycle when I can, whilst trying to fit in going out on my kayak in between. D
M reads, has taken up pole dancing and likes to join me on the kayak when she gets the chance.
We try to keep ourselves busy! :P |

In fairness i was probably over exagerating. I have bought my 4 year old son his first set of proper golf clubs, and have started taking him to the range. However he seems to think he is rory mcilroy and knows how to play the game already.... |

History is far from boring
You just need to look in the right places.
And same here with bikes
But I dont stick to sports or cruisers so long as its not a scooter I love anything on 2 wheels |

reading( all genres )writing, listening to music ( all genres ) running, cycling, gym , meditation , spirituality matters , watching sport, movies . To add to the list I am considering attending salsa/tango classes. Not uncommon pastimes I suspect, problem is, trying to find enough time to fit them into my daily routine. |
