Pimms is low carb!  I never put potatoes in mine!
The alternative is the second bottle of tequila I have to hand - we can get the sexy masseuse to squeeze lots of limes and have margaritas instead. |

Alcohol mucks up ketosis though because it's an alternative energy source so the body doesn't need to burn the fat.
