It's kind of hard to work up an appetite in such circumstances so one has to be creative.
I do rather like moose sausage with goose jerky. ..served with parsnip chips and broad beans. I have no idea where the randomness came from....must be my impending death. |

Something that's takes longer to cook maybe slow roast lamb local restaurant you have to pre order in advance 24 hours. Then have more time for the waitress to entertain me |

Appetiser would be a crispy aromatic duck pancake or two.
To start moules marinière with fresh french baguette.
Followed by a nice medium rare steak and chunky chips.
Dessert it has to be banoffee pie. |

I would go for something like
Twice cooked Stilton soufflé
Longoustine in garlic and white wine
Steak tartar
Mushroom and squid risotto
Venison with pear
Champagne and lemon sorbet
Cheese board
Mmmmmmmmm |

Some sort of Thai mixed starter.
Lobster & ribeye for main.
Apple crumble and custard with a side tub of Haagen Daz cookies and cream for dessert.
All washed down with copious amounts of prosecco |
