It's tough. Tonight was hardest session. We were beasted with a tough leg workout, followed by a sparring match with a fellow fighter.
Then off for 30 mins of bag work, followed by core work.
I've taken punches to the face, and still standig.
But could hhardly walk when I got out of the car! Stairs might be an issue tomorrow. |
