It's pissing down outside, but just eaten my tea, and feel good now.
Our dog, Fred is making eyes at me coz it's nearly time to go walkies down the woods.
Then it's off to the gym with my mate to pump some iron 
Kate's on her way to Bodmin to play darts for our local
It's all go in our house tonight |

Well i haven't eaten yet but banners and mash sounds like a good bet. It will be HP not gravy though. |
