I had beef goulash with dumplings last night for it is what I fancied. This evening it's smoked mackerel with a massive salad. I may have gone overboard on the mooli but I love the stuff.

Ahh yes, lot's of chunky veg.

No peas however, I need to buy some.

Lot's of Thyme and garlic in there with Carrots, Celery, Brocolli and Cauliflower. Just stuff I had to hand.

too many people put peas in things they have no right in being in. Pies being one of them, egg fried rice being another. Don't get me wrong. I like peas. I have nothing against peas. But they don't belong in pies!!!
