I love my job and I love where I work
The only thing that would make it better is a higher wage but that's the penalty for working in the industry I'm in |

I love my job
I retrained after realising i still had about 30yrs working left in me. Took me 4yrs of training and have now been doing the job for 2yrs. So glad i bit the bullet and done it. It's so good to actually not dread going into work xxx |

Generally I love my job , it has it's moments , but I feel like most days I can make a real difference to someone's life. That makes it worth it and is why I stay. |

I certainly enjoy my job, I work on site and there is usually quite a bit of banter flying round. Most folk are happy to help each other to get a job done.
Moving from site to site means I meet a lot of different people so it never gets stale. Also we have poets day |

Whilst I like my job most of the time I think that it may be taking it`s toll on my body. It is, with regret, that I may looking to take early retirement at the end of this financial year. Thankfully my mortgage will be finished and I can draw on my Local Government Pension thus allowing me to get something part time and much more local. |

"My job has it's moments of being totally soul destroying to being rewarding...I like to think I'm giving back to the community...I do enjoy it "
Sounds the same as mine. It is rarely anything between those 2 extremes.

It isn't so much that I hate my job, more that it's jsut too easy. there is no real challenge to it. What I have begun to dislike is the attitude of my managers. I spend my days off looking for a little place in London where I could open for myself. There are a couple of places that may be suitable, and it's scary / exciting thinking bout it as I write my business plans. Fingers crossed! |

ultimately tho I have another career in mind, one day I'll get there. |

"Love my job and have done it for a quarter of a century. The pay is shit.
Its important when you retire you dont regret your working life, if your lucky enough to."
Good advice really! My job involves seeing everyone in the country in a way not on my own obviously. |

"I don't love it and don't hate it, it's a means to an end. I work to live not live to work. "
God knows how many times I've used that phrase over the last couple of weeks!
We should be working to live, but seems we're just working, and working. . . And working . . .
Don't get me wrong we both love our jobs, but there comes a point . . |

I bloody love my job. It's exhausting, leaves me with little social life and doesn't pay enough yet it is still worth all of that for the frequent awesome moments. Sounds trite but it's a vocation not a job and I am really lucky to do something I love. |

I really enjoy what I do. It's not just the financial side, but more because I'm blessed with happiness. Give me a job shovelling coal and I'd find 5 good things about it before the first tea break. |

"I can never fathom why people hate their job, and stay there.
Its crazy"
For me it's helped me pay off some of my debts, now that I'm only temping 3 days pw (soon to be 5 though) it helps pay the bills and I couldn't survive without it |

That is what happens when you work in a Werewolf Sanctuary, though. "

I moved to my new job, in Cardiff, in March this year, leaving behind a job I hated.
Despite taking a pay cut and being away from my family for the better part of the week, it's the best decision I've ever made and I'm loving it |

Ive been in a position of loving and hating mine through the years. I had 15 years in the best job in the world by far then a few mediocre years and the past 4 have been hectic but thoroughly enjoyable most of the time. I don't see how people can do a job they hate though you just move on if its bad. |

Even on the shittest days, my job always has a moment where I feel incredibly privileged to do what I do. I also get to do some seriously crazy exhilarating stuff! So yes, love it |

I've one of those jobs where if it's a boring shift and nothing happens, we've had a good one.
Even better when our Terry Fuckwit contracts manager leaves us alone
The 4 on 4 off pattern certainly helps with arranging Meets |

I've gone from one extreme to the other.
Last year I loved my job. But that was mainly 'cos there were no clear parameters and I pretty much did what I saw fit. I did this bloody well and was constantly taking on more work to make sure this was the case.
This year however, one of the upper teir management decided to apply parameters to my job, that makes it just plain boring. All the challenge has been removed and I pretty much hate it.
I am looking for other jobs, but there aren't many round for the kind of stuff I do.
I am passionate about my hobby (photography) and I am now putting all my focus into making this something that pays, but there are lots of people out there that are doing similar. I will get there, but this intermediate stage is driving me nuts. I kinda wish I could just fast forward 6 months |

I love my job, it's a really good feeling going home every night and knowing you've really made a difference to someone, it's just the hours I don't like |
