near the sounds of the wimborne quarter jack! |
Lovely sight, isn`t it!
My ex-girlfriend had a pair of Barns and a pair of Tawnys, all rescue birds. It was great to get up near them although you couldn`t handle them because they were still wild! |

there are a pair of white owls at the bottom of our village in the woods, and a pair of brown ones in the churchyard at the other end of the village. Not sure what type they are, but most likely barn owls and tawny owls. We live in the centre of the village and can hear both pairs quite clearly |

"Where do you think he had been?
I would have been out there everynight wondering where he was"
We could see the evidence that they were around in the stables but hadn't actualy seen them - could be that I haven't been around at dawn and dusk for a while still good to see them swooping over the field though absolutely magnificent sight |

"sounds amazing i live in middle of a busy city so dont get anything nice like that to look at "
we get deer knocking in the back door at times too - living in the countryside has its advantages for sure |
