feeling proud

For the first time in my life i feel really proud of myself and i have to shout it out 
in the new year i joined slimming world, i remember getting on the scales and i weighted a whopping 18 stone and was a dress size 24, i went home and cried, i just couldn't see how the hell i was going to loose all that weight, but i stuck to it and lost 16 pound in my first week  which gave me a boost and made me stick to it, i have been every week since and have steadily lost on a weekly basis, its been hard though i don't mind admitting 
i have just come back from my weekly weight in and i lost 4 pound this week, making my total weight loss 7 stone 2 pounds so getting me my 7 stone award
it hasn't quite sunk in, i keep looking at it and wondering how the hell i have lost 7 stone
ive never been a confidant person, i stopped meeting because of my weight, but for the first time ever i feel proud of myself and i actually had a meet a couple of weeks back
it feels good
I'm not at my goal yet i still have a little way to go, I'm still a size 12/14 ish i would like to be a size 10 but at last i can see light at the end of the tunnel

I've met you a couple of times at chams and always thought you looked fantastic) especially on your corset).
But I saw you at the Xtasia social and thought you looked not only fantastic but also full of health. Your skin and hair looked so good.
The benefits of losing weight are not just that your clothes fit better. Your joints move better, if you're eating a well balance diet hair, skin and nails improve and obviously fitness improves (although as a regular cyclist I imagine your fitness has always been miles better then many skinnys).
Well done you, not only is it difficult to get started but also many reach a plateau and struggle to lose more and you have dealt with that. You go girl! |

I shall use you as inspiration when I restart my diet (on Monday).
June was a crap month and I fell off the wagon and regained all the weight I'd lost between the beginning of the year and the start if June, (a bit over 2 stones). |

Well done you. xxxxx My family been on slimming world lost loads too. They say its not like being on a diet as can eat loads . I know as when I do meals I see there plates as long as right oils and right foods and they really don't miss out on nothing. They say its now for life they love it. |

That's amazing,well done..weightloss is so tough but sounds like you've gone about it the right way!

That's a massive amour of weight to loose, congratulations and I just know you are enjoying being fitter not carrying all that weight about that's the size of a small person let alone the huge difference to what you look like from then to now

if w/w don't work look at slimming world its a easy diet and I do meal for family when here and it's easy with normal foods just spray oil and sauces you make as a lot you get have fats and sugars in . |

I don't think I was at my biggest 2 years ago, I've always carried some extra weight but last year it just piled on, just bad eating habits really, because I work really long hours I found I was just snacking all day and never eating a proper meal, sandwich here, bag of crisps there, biscuits with my drinks etc I was doing that throughout the day, finding time to cook and eat proper meals and get on the tread mill everyday I have found the hardest, but I guess if you really want something you find the time |

It doesn't have to be aspartame based. The only aspartame I have is diet drinks and in my tea you could easily avoid those things. |

You do talk some bolox Naughty- I've known you almost 10 years, you were lovely then, lovely now and anytime i've popped into chat, your cam is always blazing bright red with popularity- so other people think the same thing too

I think your going to need to change your profile from "Ample" to something else pretty quick. Amazing to have lost so much weight so many congratulations. Giiving my ongoing support to my Ruby as she battles on towards her goal with the help of weightwatchers, 2 weeks in and 4lb down already...

Slimming world is about fresh fruit, veg, meat, fish, dairy. Where's the aspartame in that? If i need to sweeten anything, which i dont, often i... use STEVIA .. you have the wrong impression |
