Stepped out of my truck last night, my foot was half on/half off the curb down i went.. Sack of shit springs to mind, FF to AnE... Xrays torn the ligaments in my ankle/foot i broke my foot years ago the pain is nowt like what i have got now...  |

It's a lot worse then a clean break. Lots of rest and pain killers. I did it to my ankle, ended up having to have an OP in the end to sort it all out.

That's impressive. It only reached my knee when I did it. The swelling was scary huge too. |

I was told by a physio not to over-rest it. Try to use it normally, but not overdo it, as soon as possible was the advice I was given. |

I broke my femur last year which also tore my cartilage, medial collateral ligament and completely ruptured my anterior cruciate ligament. My whole leg went every colour known to man over a week and the pain was something else!! |
