Mine are dreadful. You can't book in advance so it's a case of ring on the day. The surgery phone lines open at 08:30 and even if you ring and get through at precisely 08:30 you are told that there are no appointments available |

A regular GP, not a locum, and not. 'Nurse Practitioner'. Our docs are never there, they put in locums, but it's more and more often now when you phone for an appointment you're told thete's only a Nurse on duty, but 'she can prescribe'.
Oh, and the other thing wr'd like? Receptionists to stop asking what our problems are! |

Don't even bother ringing my doctor's surgery. Know the answer before I pick the phone up so I just suffer whatever ailment and go about my life around it. Good ere ain't it |

The receptionists at ours seem to think they are qualified to ask you questions about your ailments as to judge how nescessary your appointment is... |
