I stepped out on 110th street to the tune of this legend. They don't make 'em like this no more.

We used to dance to this all the time , it's one of "our" songs. Really saddened. One of our faves.

Whenever I hear goodbyes, remind me baby of you

I break down and cry, next time I'll be true, yeah

Fever for lost romance remind me baby of you

I took a crazy chance

Next time I'll be true, I'll be true, I'll be true

Footsteps on the dance floor remind me baby of you

Teardrops in my eyes, next time I'll be true, yeah

Well, another extremely talented singer, song writer and producer has passed.

I do like "Across 110th Street", however one of my favorite albums is "POET". He also partnered Marvin Gaye on backing vocals for Leon Wares track "HOLIDAY".

P.O. Box DE1 0NQ

I saw Womak & Womak at an outdoor charity gig in Sheffield in the late 80's.

He will be sadly missed RIP

Some of you are referring to a Womack &Womack song but that's not Bobby Womack that's his brother Cecil.

Check out a song that is actially by Bobby "Give it up" a wicked track !
