Titz Towers, North Notts

Let us know how it is. I enjoy the telly series, but not every comedy can make the jump from a half hour episode to a full length film. I hope this can.

"Q ... those who don't like it Do you have any irish rellies ???"

YES!!!!

Loads of Irish relatives, Loads of Irish friends. Spent loads of time in Ireland.

There are so many Irish comics and comedies that are much much better than this lame dross.

What's your point?

"Just bought tickets for tomorrow!"

Have always loved Brendan O'Carroll, he's naturally funny and there are some great one liners in the series as well as 'dat's noice'.

For me though growing up in Ireland, Dermot Morgan was the true comedy genius.

Beeston

Just read some of the reviews of this movie - Telegraph and Guardian, for balance.

When he poses as a Chinese karate instructor, meeting someone new he says ...

- oh it's just too unbearably funny to repeat

- I can't find the keyboard through tears of laughter

- it's absolutely hilarious

... he says ...

Harrow!

He's a comedy genius!!!!!

Films like these, usually have the best bits in the trailers. I wouldn't waste my money.

Can you not read my post? Lots of comedies have the best bits in the trailers, so now I wouldn't waste my money in going to the cinema to see a film such as this, which is billed as a comedy, is it not? Do you understand now?

why the aggression I only asked if you'd seen it? I thought I might value you opinion of it...but clearly you don't deem me worthy

I find it awful, maybe because I'm from a big Irish family but it panders to every stereo type you can imagine. Only watched it once and never again.

Honestly half way through I tuned out completely. Asked mum if it was just me but she said she was bored as well. Around 3 lol moments with audience but that's about it. Hell of a long story about her having to pay a tax bill. Such a let down

30 mins on television is brill but 90 mins is far to long. I bet someone somewhere is getting a roasting about the money spent marketing this garbish! Gutted was expecting it to be the film of the year. It's not shocking bit not good. Correct word is boring, u lose interest and there is a story line to it.
