I've been serious ill and wished I didn't wake up in the morning. Life itself doesn't get me to that point. I have family who give me something to wake up for

I think everyone has thought that at some point in their lives. I had a nasty motorcycle accident last year and am still needing 2 more operations to fix my leg but its still there and it can be fixed. It'll never be the same but I've seen some nasty things in my career and realise there is always someone worse off than yourself.

I feel like that at least weekly. I have my get up date and life changing adventure all planned for 24 may 2024 when my youngest turns 18. Till then its drugery all the way

Sometimes 'real life' fucks up your mood for all sorts of things and you need a pick me up.

Few things have happened to me lately and has dampened my mood - may have even ruined my plans for this weekend.

i know there is always someone worse off than you ... sometime its just good to moan ! ..

nothing might change but sharing is the first step to taking the bull by the horns and changing the outcome as much as possible in your own favour

Regular feelings for me

Old soldier with PTSD. Therapy helped teach me how to cope with it but it's still there. When really bad I find a visit to see the grandchildren knocks it out of me. When they are around I don't show what I am feeling then they soon cheer me up.
