Take three changes of clothing so you start each hill dry, take t shirt and shirts to travel in along with a sleeping bag and pillow so you can kip. Lots of fluids and food.

Well done! I was a driver for my team a few years ago, we came second with 17hrs 17 mins. The driving knackered me out, not sure I'd fancy the running bit!

Well done - we're in training for End of August. We've done the Ben twice in the last year and did Scafell twice in a week and Snowdon last Sunday.

I don't want my fitness to let the team down.

I forgot my poles for Snowdon last SUnday and was hoping to beat my mate's time but without my poles just couldn't get a good pace going.

Amazing but agree they make a big difference

We're yet to finalise that but we're going mid week to avoid crowds if possible.

Good idea,Snowdon yesterday was mental. You had to queue at all of the steepest parts

I had to get a bus last week as I had to park 2 miles down the valley! Wasn't impressed having to walk it back but all training in the end.

TBH We're hoping for slightly bad weather to keep most of the crowds away.
