Gym is for keeping fit, enjoying the buzz of endorphines, feeling good after (ok, ish!) and maintaining a healthy weight.
It is NOT for ogling fit guys

Giving birth to a small person IS a life long commitment and they do make awful high pitched screaming noises which are more annoying than a cheap smoke detector.
It IS NOT possible to take the batteries out when they won't shut up.
