Dunno about weirdest but my hammock is definitely the best thing I've slept on, really really comfortable. I have toured Europe with it several times and won't ever bother with a tent again, too much weight, too much hassle. I now just lob the hammock up, tarp over the top to keep the rain off, and it's brilliant. Ray Mears, eat your heart out. |

Some stairs on a cross channel ferry. It was packed, and there were people lying everywhere.
It wasn't the greatest sleep, so when a 5 year old shook me awake, it didn't take much...

Sleeping on ferries to me is heaven though - so comfortable especially when the sea is a bit rough |
