There's never been one thing in my life that's defined who I am, as It would make me a one dimensional person. However, my interest in human behavour and psychology has certainly been a part of defining my character. - Mr. B |

Yes, we do get acculturated with our motivations very early - to the point our actions are driven non-consciously. |

Some actions are driven unconsciously others are conscious? Self awareness and emotional intelligence increase our behavioural flexibility? |

Indeed. But self-awareness could also limit your flexibility - a "what the hell" effect as we continue with the same set of actions realizing who we really are. |
