I was in the gym the other day just finished and was getting dried off in the changing room.
This young guy was in there and he couldn't stop looking at hos body in the mirror and kind of flexing !! made me smile so I said to him looking good there my friend !!
And he turned to me and said yea but you dont look bad yourself hope I look that good when I am as old as you !!!
I walked out of the gym with the biggest grin on my face !!! like a fuckin cheshire cat !!! I still don't know whether it was a compliment or not lol
But it made me laff

When i was young i got "nice legs shame about the face" 
When i walked into nightclubs with my mate, I'd get "eugh i dont fancy yours"
Things havent improved over the years and when i started at the pub i work at, the regulars called me Olive as per the woman from On the buses good eh  the pub landlady told them to stop doing it as it was upsetting me and now the accentuate my name when they say it like they are concentrating
And then people wonder why some of us have low self esteem and lack confidence with ourselves whats worse is those that think just cos we are not all that, that it doesnt matter if we hear

when i asked what he ment (knowing full damn well !!!!) he just said he didnt mean anything by it and was just a comment .
i advised it was strange comment and just speak to someone as you would face to face to which he laughed at and used the immortal line "but its a swing site !!!"
obviously as hes been on here under 24hrs he knows best and will be inundated with ladies wanting to jump his bones lol!!! |
