why is everyone up so late

I am at work too. This was the last night of Royal Ascot Week, so staffed ready for full bars, lots of food service and so on.
In reality, everyone off to beds by 2.30am, have just sent staff off duty, and my two staff are 75% through their work! Very quiet! |
