I moved into my new flat last month and my downstairs neighbours have two labs so mr downstairs put a fence along the boundary line to keep their dogs seprarate from nacho til they get used to each other. However the last few nights the lady has just been letting their dogs run about my garden and they have been messing and my niece nearly stood in it even though they have their own encloed space. I havent got the money just now to get it totally fenced off just now but going to have to do something as in my eyes its disrespectful.
Aaaaaand breathe... sorry had to get that off my chest. |

"Can you speak to them? Just say they had maybe missed it, but as you have a child come to visit, you'd appreciate if they could make sure they clear up?"
I spoke to her yesterday and she said sorry but still is letting them roam. I dont want anything major to kick off having not long moved in |

Talk to your landlord? Get them to have a word? Tell the neighbours its not acceptable. I know you don't want to start anything having not long moved in, but would you rather this goes on long term? |
