So a phone call to Scottish Power to enquire why they had debited from my bank account £300 twice !!
Tweny minutes waiting on phone only to be cut off.Re tried and after another twenty minutes wait I hung up.
On their website.....' not to worry sir why not book a call back and we will call you.'. Earliest slot avaliable next friday.ffs !!
And all if this on a beautiful sunny friday afternoon.!!

Got an Email off Scottish power telling us our standing order was changing, then spent 2 days trying to get through to them before getting through online and finding the amount was changing by exactly no pounds and no pence. Absolute waste of space. xxxx |
